The Role:Proactively manage a reasonable caseload, allowing you to focus on qualityCase management across a broad referral base, including WorkCover QLD, DVA, Life Insurance & ComcareVocational assessments & counselling Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to achieve RTW outcomes Build robust relationships & generate repeat referrals Provide training & coaching to other team members as the team grows, in line with your skills & areas of interest Based in an inner city office, with travel to clients across Brisbane & surrounds On-site during your induction & probation to make the most of hands-on learning, then a versatile working arrangement between home & officeThe Benefits:$******K + Super, in line with experience Performance-based incentive scheme $****/year Professional Development Allowance + 2 days paid leave to attend courses Customised,

The Ideal Candidate:AHPRA-Registered Psychologist (Full or Provisional, with supervision in place) or Full ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor 1 year+ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation preferred - clinical candidates or graduates with a specific interest in the industry are welcome to apply Eager to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space & build a career in Occ Rehab!
