We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.About the OpportunityThe Aboriginal Health & Wellbeing Project Officer will promote develop and implement strategic change management initiatives that will improve the level and quality of health services for Aboriginal people across NSW.
This includes projects that support better integration of care across sectors.
The role will work collaboratively with ACI Clinical Networks, local health districts and specialty health networks managers and clinicians, the Aboriginal Community Controlled sector and other key stakeholders to facilitate the contribution of internal and external stakeholders in the innovation of new programs,
