Maybe you've built strong networks in agribusiness, real estate, retail, hospitality, qualified services, local government or another customer-focused industry.

You'll be building relationships, identifying opportunities and connecting people with the right banking solutions.You'll be the face of Regional Australia Bank in the community and play a key role in helping us grow while staying true to our customer-owned values.What you'll be doingBuilding meaningful relationships across your regionGenerating new business opportunities and growing referral networksRepresenting the Bank at community and industry eventsWorking closely with lending and branch teams to convert opportunities into outcomesDeveloping partnerships that create long-term value for customers and communitiesManaging your pipeline and keeping opportunities movingAbout youWe're more interested in your ability to build relationships than your job title.You'll likely bring:Experience in sales, business development, banking, customer relationship management, account management or community engagementA proven ability to create opportunities and influence outcomesOutstanding communication and networking skillsConfidence working independently and managing your own scheduleCuriosity, initiative and a genuine interest in peopleA passion for supporting regional communitiesYou'll thrive in this role if you:Never walk into a room without introducing yourself to someoneKnow how to turn a conversation into a relationshipCan spot an opportunity others might missEnjoy getting out from behind a deskLike the idea of building something, not just maintaining itWhy Regional Australia Bank?
