Backed by a multi-year contract, the site provides a high-quality FIFO experience.Site features include:Modern, well-appointed camp facilities including gym and wet messCamp located close to the mine to minimise daily travelHigh-quality catering and food standards2:2 roster - days, then nights, followed by 14 days offInterstate flights provided from major capital citiesThe Role and DutiesYou will be part of an experienced trades team working across both the workshop and underground environments, supporting a diverse fleet of UG mining equipment.Your responsibilities will include:Surface and underground workshop maintenance including servicing, repairs, PMs,



scheduled maintenance and breakdown responseField service work including diagnostics, fault finding, repairs and problem-solvingWorking on a variety of underground equipment including development drills, load & haul machinery, ground support and charge-up equipmentRoster & Hours2:2 roster consisting of 7 days, 7 nights, followed by 14 days off12-hour shifts on a Wednesday-to-Wednesday swingFly to site on Day -1 (Tuesday) and stay in camp prior to commencing day shift at 6:00amFly home Wednesday morning at approximately 8:00am, with interstate connections arranged where requiredYour ValueYou will hold a recognised mechanical trade qualification and have current or recent experience working in underground hard rock mining.You will also bring:Exposure to drills, boggers, trucks and/or ground support equipmentAbility to work effectively in both workshop and field environmentsStrong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when requiredCapability across mechanical, hydraulic and basic electrical fault findingA strong safety-first mindset and commitment to site protocolsThe OpportunityThis is an excellent chance to secure a FIFO position in South Australia on a family-friendly 2:2 roster with all flights provided, while continuing to build your underground mining career.What's on offer:Access to a broad range of training and upskilling opportunitiesCareer development with a well-established mining contractorSupportive environment focused on long-term progressionLong-term role with permanency after 6 months on contract
