You'll manage everything from team development and client quotations to merchandising, financial performance and operational standards.Where you'll make an impactLead the daily operation of the Floral & Retail businessCoach, develop and mentor Senior Florists and team membersOversee floral requirements for weddings, corporate clients and eventsEnsure quotations are prepared accurately and delivered on timeLiaise with Weddings, Events and clients to bring floral concepts to lifeCreate and maintain exceptional customer service standardsManage team rosters to meet business and event requirementsMaintain high standards of merchandising and store presentationMonitor P&L; performance against business objectivesManage cash handling,



reconciliations and operational proceduresSupport inventory management, ordering and stock controlMaintain compliance with HIE policies, procedures and operating standardsWhat we're looking forYou are a creative and commercially minded leader with strong floristry knowledge and a passion for weddings and events.
