$35M New-Build Retail Project | North SideAn established construction company is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team on a major $36M new-build retail development in Narangba.The project includes a new Coles shopping centre, retail shop tenancies and a fuel station, providing an excellent chance for an experienced CA to take ownership of the commercial and contractual administration of a significant project.The RoleWe are looking for a confident Contracts Administrator who is comfortable operating as the sole CA on a project, working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team to support the successful delivery of the project.




This role will have you based in the office with occasional site visits.About YouYou will ideally have:3+ years' experience as a Contracts AdministratorProven experience working as the sole CA on a projectStrong new-build retail construction experienceExperience across contracts administration, procurement, variations, claims and subcontractor managementStrong commercial, organisational and communication skillsThe ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your responsibilitiesThe OpportunityYou'll have the opportunity to take ownership as the sole Contracts Administrator.
