This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage complex HVAC projects, ensuring successful delivery and exceeding client expectations.Please note that this role will ultimately be permanently based in Newcastle, NSW.
However, your first major project rollout will be located in Taree, NSW before you transition to our main Newcastle base for ongoing operations.Key Responsibilities:You will deliver high quality air conditioning services including:Detailed project programming and control and managing project progress and performanceVariation and contract negotiationsManaging financials across Projects, budgeting and forecastsDesign ManagementIdentifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing effective risk management strategiesBuild long-term positive client relationshipsManaging onsite subcontractors,
