Gulf Civil Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Based in Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD ****, this role is central to the successful delivery of our construction projects based in regional & remote Northern Queensland.
As Project Manager, you will be travelling to project site and responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning and resource allocation through to completion and handover.
This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction projects whilst managing teams, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key responsibilitiesPlanning and scheduling projects, including developing comprehensive project timelines and resource allocation strategiesManaging project budgets, costs and financial forecasting to ensure projects remain financially viableCoordinating and supervising construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers on-siteMonitoring project progress against agreed milestones and KPIs, implementing corrective actions where necessaryManaging health, safety and environmental compliance throughout all project phasesLiaising with clients, stakeholders and consultants to ensure clear communication and expectation managementPreparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings and specificationsIdentifying and mitigating project risks and resolving issues promptlyConducting site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain construction standardsManaging project variations and changes in scope with appropriate documentation and approvalWhat we're looking forProven experience working as a Project Manager within the construction industry,



preferably managing multiple projects simultaneously with TMR experience preferredStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes and best practicesDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts and financial forecastingExcellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise competing demandsProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applicationsComprehensive understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations relevant to constructionStrong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and contractorsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProblem-solving ability and resilience in a fast-paced environmentA relevant construction or project management qualification is advantageousCurrent driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as requiredAbout usGulf Civil Pty Ltd is a respected construction company committed to delivering quality projects and building long-term relationships with our clients, partners and employees.
