This role involves managing preventive maintenance programs for grain handling systems, feed processing equipment, and facility infrastructure while ensuring compliance with feed, council and safety regulations.What you'll do:Drive team building activities and lead a team of maintenance fitters including on site contractorsManage contractor safety requirements site specific permitsOversee maintenance of feed manufacturing equipment including hammer mills, mixers, pellet mills, and coolersMaintain grain handling systems: bucket elevators, drag conveyors, screw conveyors, and pneumatic systemsEnsure proper operation of silos, bins, and grain storage facilitiesManage maintenance of scales, batching systems,
