This role will include line management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end management of major Petrol & Convenience customers.Oversee additional state-based and national accounts through the leadership of a Key Account ManagerOwn customer P&L; outcomes, including revenue, gross profit, trade spend, forecasting, and profitabilityDrive new business within existing customers and emerging channelsDevelop and execute customer Joint Business Plans to deliver sustainable growth and market share gainsLead customer negotiations,



promotional planning, range reviews, and activation programsDrive category, ranging, space, and eCommerce opportunitiesBuild solid relationships across customer and internal stakeholder groups, including Category, Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and FinanceContribute to annual planning, budgeting, and broader team leadership initiativesDesired Skills and ExperienceSkills & ExperienceMust have 5+ years' experience in FMCG sales, key account management, or retail customer managementStrong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L; managementExperience in forecasting, analysis, and business planningProven capability in strategic sales planning and customer relationship managementStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience leading, coaching, or influencing teamsTertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline preferredExposure to a successful & innovative global FMCG business with a portfolio of iconic and well-known brands;an attractive remuneration package;ample free parking;great weekly discount on our iconic ice-creams at our on-site staff shop and subsidised staff canteen;flexible working week with optional work from home days; andversatile & challenging projects within a dynamic team.
