We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a major public sector initiative, working closely with senior business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to shape and define strategic business solutions.Contract: 1 October ********* June ****Applications Close: 18 September ****About the Role:This is not a typical Agile delivery BA role focused on sprint management or backlog administration.
Instead, you'll be responsible for driving solutioning activities, supporting proposal development, and helping define fit-for-purpose business solutions for a complex enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities:Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirementsFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussionsPartner closely with solution architects and technical specialistsSupport business cases, proposal development, and solution design activitiesAnalyse and document business requirements, current and future state processesProvide strategic recommendations and expert business analysis adviceContribute to solution narratives, proposal artefacts,



and supporting documentationWhat We're Looking For:10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise or government environmentsStrong experience in solutioning, proposals, business cases, and pre-delivery initiativesProven ability to work effectively alongside architects and technical teamsExceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong facilitation, negotiation, and analytical capabilitiesAbility to communicate with authority, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex business environmentsHighly Desirable:Experience working in government or large enterprise environmentsExposure to bids, proposals, procurement responses, or solution development initiativesUnderstanding of enterprise architecture and business transformation frameworksThis prospect is ideal for a consultative Senior Business Analyst who can confidently engage executives, shape solutions, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical outcomes.
