Are you an experienced Centre Director ready to broaden your leadership impact?
We're seeking an experienced and emerging leader to step into an Area Managerrole, supporting a portfolio of up to 10 early learning centres across South of Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Centre Director who is ready to expand their leadership scope, work across multiple sites and influence the success of a wider network of centres.You'll partner closely with Centre Directors, providing coaching, guidance and support to strengthen performance, develop teams and deliver consistently high-quality experiences for children and families.What you'll be doingCoach and support Centre Directors across quality, occupancy, team engagement and family experienceMonitor centre and portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvementProvide hands-on leadership and guidance through regular centre visitsPartner with internal support teams across people, quality, compliance and operationsSupport recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies across the portfolioDevelop robust relationships with Centre Directors and their teamsPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration,



professional growth and continuous improvementCelebrate success while providing practical support where teams need it mostAbout youYou'll bring strong leadership experience within early childhood, ideally as a Centre Director or Senior Centre Leader, and be ready to take the next step into multi-site leadership.You'll also bring:A strong understanding of early learning operations and centre performanceConfidence coaching and developing other leadersStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA collaborative, solutions-focused approachKnowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirementsThe ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities and drive improvementA genuine passion for developing people and creating positive outcomes for children, families and teamsWhat's on offer?
