prospecting and securing new customer opportunitiesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customersIdentifying opportunities to increase market share and grow rental revenueConducting customer visits and understanding customer equipment requirementsPreparing quotations and working with customers to deliver suitable solutionsAchieving business goals in line with budget requirementsMaintaining an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM recordsWorking closely with internal teams across rental, sales, service and partsMonitoring market activity and identifying opportunities for continued growthAbout YouYou're enthusiastic, commercially minded and motivated to build a successful career in sales and business development.You will bring:Experience in sales, business development or a similar customer-facing roleA strong desire to develop your career and take the next stepConfidence building relationships and identifying new opportunitiesA positive, proactive and results-driven approachThe ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a teamStrong communication, organisation and computer skillsAn understanding of equipment, machinery, construction or hire/rental will be highly regardedA current driver's licenceIndustry experience is not essential.
