Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced and trustworthy Workshop Team Leader to join their team.About The RoleThis full-time permanent position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily production that ensures safe, efficient and reliable manufacturing.This is a highly visible, hands on leadership role for someone who enjoys still getting on the tools while supporting and managing their team to success.Reporting directly to the managing directors, you will not only manage your team, quotes, freight, stock orders, and quality assurance, you will also liaise directly with suppliers to understand their needs to ensure an outstanding level of customer service.About YouYou are a reliable and trustworthy leader that the managing directors will be able to depend on to help manage your team, clients, operations,
