Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Coordinator to join our Engineering Construction HSE Management Team.
The role is based in Brisbane (Milton) with regular travel to sites, collaborating with the HSE Manager, GMs and senior leaders to drive strategic HSE initiatives.You will provide direct HSE support, guidance and leadership to operational teams, lead audits and investigations, analyse performance data and develop practical strategies to improve safety culture and compliance
