40% team member support, quality assurance and clinical or practice supervision
20% Occupational Therapy practice development
What you'll be doing
Clinical service delivery
Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention acrossclinic,communityandtelehealth environments.
Manage a reduced caseload of participants with complex needs.
Complete environmental modification and equipment assessments.
Maintainaccurateandtimelyclinicalnotes,reportsand records.
Team leadership and performance oversight
Maintain active awareness of clinicianworkload,prioritiesanddeadlines.
Monitor performance against billable expectations, monthlygoalsand service targets.
Identifyat-risk work,investigatebarriersandagreerecoveryactions.
Escalate unresolved clinical,performance,qualityorsafety concerns.
Clinical supervision and capability
Provide regular supervision, evidence-basedadviceand operational support.




Giverespectful,specificandactionable feedback.
Identifydevelopmentneeds and recurring capability gaps.
Model effectivecaseload,documentationandstakeholder management.
Quality assurance and practice development
Review reports and clinical documentation to improve quality and client outcomes.
Monitor the quality and timeliness of worksubmittedfor review.
Developtraining,resourcesandprocess improvements.
Contribute to targeted education andservice-improvementinitiatives.
What we are looking for
Essential
Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
Current AHPRA registration.
Minimum five years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Minimum one year's experience as a Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role.
Demonstrated skill in supervision, coaching,qualityassuranceandperformance support.
High-levelcommunication,negotiationandstakeholder-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Knowledge of relevant disability or human-services legislation and practice.
Current Australian driverlicence.
Compliance requirements
Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain.
BlueCard, orwillingness and eligibility to obtain.
YellowCard, orwillingness and eligibility to obtain.
