The Opportunity
As a Commercial Lawyer, you will play a key role supporting the delivery of major projects and advising on high-profile matters across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
Providing pragmatic legal advice across project, construction, and energy matters
Partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and project delivery




Supporting governance, compliance, and risk management functions
Working collaboratively with internal and external specialist advisors
About You
3–7 years' post-admission experience in commercial law (private practice or in-house)
Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or construction projects will be highly regarded
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced workplace
Commercial mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
