We are the Makers of Possible.As an Account Manager - BD Rowa Hospital, you'll take ownership of one of the most innovative portfolios within BD's Medication Management Solutions business, helping hospital pharmacies transform workflows through robotics, automation and software-enabled technology.This is a newly created role and a unique opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to driving the adoption of BD Rowa Hospital Automation Solutions across Australia and New Zealand.Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you'll work alongside two other Account Managers covering ANZ, focusing on large-scale automation projects within public and private hospital pharmacy environments.This is not a transactional sales role.Success comes from understanding pharmacy workflows, identifying operational challenges, developing compelling business cases and guiding customers through complex technology purchasing decisions.You'll engage a broad mix of stakeholders including Pharmacy Directors, Hospital Executives, Procurement teams, Technical Services, IT departments, consultants, builders, architects and project teams involved in hospital redevelopments and new facility projects.If you enjoy influencing major healthcare infrastructure projects and seeing technology transform the way medications are managed, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.Your Day-to-DayYou'll drive growth across the BD Rowa Hospital portfolio, leading complex capital sales opportunities from prospecting through to implementation.You WillDrive capital equipment sales across the BD Rowa Hospital portfolioDevelop and execute strategic growth plans across ANZIdentify new opportunities within hospital pharmacy environmentsBuild relationships with pharmacy leaders, healthcare executives and project stakeholdersEngage consultants, builders,



architects and project teams involved in hospital developmentsConduct workflow assessments and solution planning discussionsDeliver solution presentations, demonstrations and business case proposalsNavigate long and complex capital approval processesWork closely with Project Management, Service, Clinical and Marketing teamsManage a robust pipeline and maintain accurate forecastingMonitor market activity and identify opportunities for portfolio growthSupport customers through the journey from design and planning through to implementationAbout YouYou're a highly commercial sales professional who thrives on winning complex opportunities and enjoys navigating challenging sales environments.You already have experience selling capital equipment, automation systems or technology solutions where multiple stakeholders, lengthy buying cycles and customised solutions are the norm.You understand that success isn't built on quick wins.It's built on relationships, credibility, persistence and the ability to help customers see the long-term value of a solution.You'll BringProven success selling capital equipment, automation systems or complex technology solutionsExperience managing long, strategic sales cycles involving multiple stakeholder groups and significant investment decisionsStrong business development capability, with a track record of creating opportunities rather than simply managing existing businessExperience developing financial business cases, communicating ROI and influencing investment decisionsConfidence engaging senior decision-makers including Pharmacy Directors, Hospital Executives, Procurement, Technical Services and IT stakeholdersThe ability to understand operational workflows and position technology solutions that solve real business challengesStrong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and presentation capabilityExcellent pipeline management, forecasting discipline and opportunity planning skillsA self-driven, resilient and growth-oriented mindsetExperience selling into hospitals is highly regarded.Experience within healthcare technology, automation, robotics, laboratory equipment, software-enabled capital equipment, industrial automation, warehousing automation, conveying systems or other complex technology environments will be viewed favourably.Why BD?
