you will ideally offerStrong civil drafting and design experience within an engineering consultancyAdvanced 12D capability, which is essentialPrevious experience leading or supervising a drafting and design teamA solid understanding of urban development projectsExperience across roads, earthworks, drainage, utilities and subdivisionsCivil 3D experience would be helpful but is not mandatoryExposure to MUSIC and DRAINS would be an additional advantageStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to coordinate competing priorities and work effectively with engineers, clients and other disciplinesThis role would suit an established Drafting Team Leader or a highly experienced Senior Civil Designer ready to take the next step into formal team leadership.You will join a major national consultancy offering first-class systems, significant project variety, strong technical support and the security of a substantial forward workload.
