Job Description
The Queensland Government seeks a Transition Officer to assist young people in re-engaging with education or training and to secure employment, with the aim of reducing reoffending in the youth justice system.
You will work with a team to plan, deliver and refer youth to education, training and employment opportunities.
You will collect and maintain client data, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to culturally aware practice with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities.
