Job Description
Strive to Thrive Support Pty Ltd – Mount Isa QLD
Strive to Thrive Support Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Mount Isa, QLD.
This is a full time position role with a minimum of 15 hours per week, with additional hours depending on participant needs and availability.
Key responsibilities
Community access support
Daily living support
Transport to appointments and activities
Household tasks
Supporting participant goals
Completing transparent shift notes
Communicating with participants, families and staff
About you
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or similar
Previous disability support experience
First Aid and CPR certification
NDIS Worker Screening clearance or ability to obtain one
