Community Services #1 is a not‐for‐profit organisation delivering person‐centred home care across ages and communities.
The Casual Out of Hospital Home Care Worker will provide practical support, personal care and domestic assistance to promote independence and wellbeing.
The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent, with 3+ months aged care experience and the ability to work within diverse communities.
A driver's licence and pre‐employment checks are required.
