Job Description: Baba Shrichand 3 Pty Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef for Indian Curry Hutt Restaurant, a busy restaurant, located in Logan, Qld.

Key Responsibilities: - Create and prepare high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards - Oversee and manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff,



ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines - Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organised kitchen area - Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and specials - Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner - Adhere to all health and safety regulations - Maintain a positive and qualified attitude at all times - Continuously strive to improve and innovate in the kitchen Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant - Certificate IV in Culinary/commercial cookery or above - Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Creative and innovative mindset - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Australian working rights We offer a competitive salary of $***** to ***** plus Superannuation for this full-time position.
