About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Local Delivery Driver specializing in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) for routes around Queenstown.
This role is vital for ensuring our clients' products reach retailers and end-consumers efficiently and in optimal condition.
You will be responsible for timely deliveries, accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a positive customer interface.
The successful candidate will be reliable, physically capable, and possess excellent knowledge of the local road network.
This position requires an individual who is organized, self-disciplined, and committed to upholding the company's reputation for prompt and dependable service within the Eastern Cape region.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily delivery schedules for FMCG products to various customer locations.
Ensure correct items and quantities are delivered as per order specifications.
Handle goods carefully to prevent damage during loading, transit, and unloading.




Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
Follow designated routes and adhere to delivery timeframes.
Confirm deliveries with customer signatures and report any discrepancies.
Requirements
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Experience in delivery driving, particularly with consumer goods, is preferred.
Good geographical knowledge of Queenstown and surrounding areas.
Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of products.
Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
Effective communication skills for customer interaction.
