Bankstown Hospital is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Medical Assessment Unit (MAU) .
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rewarding and fast-paced environment, caring for patients with a diverse range of acute and complex medical conditions.
In this role, you will:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and clinical observations and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
Monitor patient progress and respond effectively to changing clinical needs.
Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals.
Provide education, support, and reassurance to patients and their families.
