What You'll Do Lead and support the retail team with a hands-on, customer-focused approachDeliver outstanding customer service and ensure brand standards are metManage store sales and KPIsWork with the Regional Manager to boost sales and meet targetsHandle recruitment, team training, performance management, and complianceMaintain store presentation and visual merchandising standardsManage stock, admin tasks, and ensure a safe, healthy work workplace What We're Looking For At least 2 years' experience as a Store Manager (high-end retail preferred)Strong leadership, coaching,
