This role involves servicing, maintaining and supporting printers, photocopiers and production devices across our customer base.
You'll work both on-site at customer locations and remotely through our Remote Support Help Desk, diagnosing technical issues, delivering timely solutions, and building lasting customer relationships.
While we welcome applications from experienced printer and photocopier technicians, we're equally interested in hearing from people who have worked in other types of technical trades and are looking to develop a current specialty.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience servicing, repairing, installing or maintaining mechanical equipmentIs technically minded and enjoys troubleshooting problemsHas strong customer service and communication skillsLikes working independently while managing their own dayEnjoys driving to customer locations throughout the regionIs organised,



reliable and takes pride in delivering quality workHas basic computer skills and is comfortable learning new technologyIs willing to undertake ongoing training and professional development
Experience that would be highly regarded
Field service technician rolesAutomotive, agricultural or mechanical tradesElectrical, electronics or telecommunications experienceIT hardware support or networking knowledgeOther equipment maintenance or technical service roles
