About the Role Reporting to the Finance team, you will be responsible for managing the full Accounts Payable function while ensuring compliance with Company policies, Government regulations, IFRS, SOX requirements, and Coregas management systems (SMS, QMS & cGMP).
You will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient payment processing and maintain strong supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Accounts PayableProcess supplier invoices accurately and efficientlyPerform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and goods receiptsValidate invoice details including supplier information, GST, amounts, dates, and descriptionsAllocate invoices to the correct general ledger accounts, cost centres, and projectsEnsure invoices are approved in accordance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) requirementsMaintain supplier master data,



including new vendor setup and amendmentsPrepare and process supplier payment runsVerify supplier banking details and manage bank account changes with appropriate fraud controlsReconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepanciesRespond to supplier enquiries and resolve payment issues promptlyAssist with cash flow management by prioritising and scheduling supplier paymentsGeneralSupport business process improvements and continuous improvement initiativesComplete required administrative and finance documentation accurately and on timeParticipate in team meetings, performance reviews, training, and company-wide initiativesCollaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver outstanding service About You To be successful in this role, you will have:Proven experience managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processesStrong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environmentIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelExperience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, Sympac,
