You'll provide clear, commercially sound and compliant advice across a wide range of employment relations matters, helping our clients navigate challenges with confidence.This role is focused on resolving reactive employment matters efficiently and accurately.
You'll manage ER cases end-to-end, ensuring our clients understand their risks, options, and obligations every step of the way.You're someone who:Stays calm under pressureThinks critically and objectivelyEnjoys solving complex workplace issuesTakes pride in getting the detail rightIf you're passionate about employment law, love helping managers handle tricky people situations, and want exposure to a wide variety of cases across industries, you'll feel right at home with us.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployment Relations AdvisoryRespond promptly to customer employment relations queries, providing clear, practical written and verbal guidanceAdvise clients on Award coverage, classifications, minimum entitlements and compliance obligations under the Fair Work ActManage end-to-end ER processes including:Misconduct and serious misconductPoor performance and performance improvement processesDisciplinary processes and dismissalsRestructures, redeployment and redundancyProbationary periods,



medical incapacity and other termination scenariosChanges to employment terms and associated risk considerationsDraft high-quality documentation including employment contracts, letters, warnings, and termination documentationClearly outline risks, options, and recommended approaches to ensure informed decision-makingMaintain accurate and detailed case notes within MyHR systemsClient Support & Software AdoptionChampion the effective use of MyHR software, including performance reviews, documentation tools, notes, and automation featuresGuide customers on best-practice performance management and onboarding processesEnsure every client interaction is clear, practical, and aligned with MyHR valuesHandle customer concerns professionally and proactively resolve issues where possibleCompliance & Continuous ImprovementStay up to date with employment law, case law, and emerging risksFollow the MyHR way and internal processes to ensure consistency and qualityContribute to continuous improvement of ER templates, workflows, and systemsWhat You Bring3+ years experience in employment relations, HR or a similar roleStrong working knowledge of employment law and ER processesExperience managing disciplinary, performance, investigation and termination processesExceptional written communication skills and high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a rapid-paced environmentConfidence coaching managers through sensitive or high-risk mattersStrong systems capability and comfort working across multiple platformsA practical, commercially minded approach to employment lawHirer responsiveness Salary match Number of applicantsYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
