Job Description What You'll DoClean and prepare guest rooms to our hotel's high standardsMake beds, change linen and towels, and refresh rooms for our guestsVacuum, sweep, mop, dust and clean bathroomsReplenish toiletries, amenities and other guest suppliesKeep corridors and public areas clean and tidy as requiredRestock housekeeping carts and linen roomsReport maintenance issues, damages and lost propertyWork efficiently and independently, while supporting your team to get rooms ready on timeDeliver friendly, professional service when interacting with guestsFollow health, safety, hygiene and hotel security proceduresThis is an active, hands-on role where you'll be on your feet throughout the day, moving between guest rooms, bending, reaching, lifting and pushing a housekeeping trolley.




You'll need to be comfortable with repetitive physical tasks and working at pace while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Qualifications About YouPositive attitude and willing to learnLike to keep things clean and organisedComfortable with physical work and being on your feet for most of the shiftCan work in a busy fast-paced environmentAvailable for different shiftsPlease note that full working rights in Australia are required for this role.
