Job Description
South West Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join the Hospital Outreach Post‐Suicidal Engagement (HOPE) Team.
You will work with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team to support individuals in acute distress or recovering from a suicide attempt.
You will deliver recovery‐focused, person‐centred care over a structured three‐month engagement, collaborating to tailor care to each person's needs and progress.
