We are a bright, colourful and stylish hotel, with a vibrant and diverse culture of Heartists who work here with us.We are looking for our next Part-time Food & Beverage Attendant to join the ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street team.
Job Description With a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as conferencing job tasks, this role has plenty of variety.
You'll work alongside the Venue Manager to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Your role includes but isn't limited to the following tasks:Deliver consistent, high-quality service to our guestsAssist in the daily operations across the restaurant, bar and conferencing events when requiredEnsure all guests receive prompt, skilled and friendly service at all timesPromote Accor's Heartist service culture and create memorable guest experiences across all shiftsGreet guests, take orders and provide attentive table servicePrepare and serve coffees to brand standardsSet up, refill, maintain and clean buffet and coffee stationsAssist with operational set-up, service and pack-down for restaurant and event operationsSet up,



refill and clean conference and event areasUpsell and promote hotel food and beverage offerings to maximise revenueMaintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all F&B; areasEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures and standard operating practicesWork independently on shifts and support the Food & Beverage Duty Manager as requiredThis is a Part-time role, working across a rotating roster of 7 days per week, with working hours ranging from 6.00am through to 9.30pm.
