We are seeking someone highly organised, driven, tech-savvy and ambitious, who is ready to learn, grow and develop into a senior operational leadership position within our firm.
This is not a traditional administration role.
This is not a dead-end support position.
And we're not looking for an experienced Practice Manager.
We're looking for the right person to train, mentor and develop into one.

The Opportunity
You'll begin by learning the operational heartbeat of our business.
Working closely with our leadership team, you'll gain exposure to:
Client service and relationship management
Workflow coordination
Practice administration
Technology implementation
Process improvement
Team support and coordination
Project management
Compliance and operational systems
Business reporting and performance monitoring
As your skills develop, you'll progressively take ownership of larger projects, people, systems and responsibilities.
