Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the information security team, providing technical direction and fostering professional development.
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee the management of security technologies, including firewalls, SIEM, DLP, and endpoint protection.
Drive incident response efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security breaches.




Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability management programs.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and frameworks (e.g., ISO *****, NIST).
Strong understanding of threat intelligence, incident response, and risk management methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
