Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Plant Operator to join our Redbank Plains team.
This hands-on role offers the chance to work across a range of state-of-the-
art tyre recycling machinery in a supportive and safety-focused setting.
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
Sort tyres and recyclable materials to required specifications
Operate a variety of mobile plant including forklift and bobcat
Conduct daily pre-starts
Operate fixed plant (shredder)
Load and unload materials and containers
Maintain production standards and meet processing targets
Monitor machinery, report faults, and complete basic maintenance
Undertake admin/weighbridge tasks as required
