Insnrg is seeking a Customer Service Manager/Field Service Specialist based mainly at our Punchbowl warehouse in NSW.
You will handle technical enquiries, support Insnrg staff and help resolve challenging pool-system faults.
The role combines in office field visits with remote technical support, commissioning Insnrg equipment and reviewing plant-room layouts with customers.
You will also provide feedback to improve manuals and training materials, and contribute to a varied, hands-on technical
