Job Description
Western NSW Local Health District in Cowra, NSW is seeking casual Registered Nurses for the Primary & Community Health team.
You will provide holistic care in patients' homes or clinic settings, performing comprehensive assessments, wound care, palliative care, and symptom management, with required clinical procedures.
You will work with multidisciplinary and virtual teams.
The role includes home visits in the community or to local facilities, within the redeveloped Cowra Hospital space.
