We're looking for an experienced marketer who knows how to make brands show up - online and in person.
You'll take the lead on paid advertising campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients, while coordinating and delivering events and activations that bring brands to life in the real world.
One day you might be deep in Meta Ads Manager optimising a campaign.
The next, you're working through the run sheet for an event, liaising with suppliers or representing whiskk alongside a client.
It's the perfect combination of digital performance and real-world brand experiences.
This is not a junior role.
You'll need to be analytical, organised and commercially minded, with the confidence to take ownership, make recommendations and keep clients in the loop.
What you'll be doing
Lead the planning and delivery of client events, activations and digital campaigns
Develop, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn
Turn client objectives into smart, considered campaign strategies
Keep a close eye on performance, budgets and opportunities to optimise
Translate campaign data into transparent insights and recommendations for clients
Coordinate the moving parts of events, timelines, suppliers, promotion, logistics and delivery
Work with team whiskk to connect creative brand thinking with measurable marketing outcomes
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and partners
Get out from behind the screen and represent whiskk and our clients at local events
Take ownership of your projects and keep things moving, without needing someone looking over your shoulder
About you
You've got 3 - 5+ years of marketing experience under your belt and you're ready to own your space.
You know paid advertising inside and out, but you're not someone who wants to spend every day staring at Ads Manager.
You're just as comfortable talking strategy with a client, meeting someone new at an event or getting stuck into the details to make sure everything comes together.
You'll bring
Strong hands-on experience across Meta and Google Ads, with LinkedIn Ads experience a bonus
A solid understanding of campaign strategy, targeting, budgets, optimisation and reporting
Strong project management skills and serious attention to detail
Confidence communicating directly with clients
Commercial thinking - you understand that marketing needs to do more than look good
The ability to juggle multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines
Initiative, accountability and the confidence to make things happen
A collaborative approach... autonomous doesn't mean working in a silo
Most importantly, you're a good human who likes doing great work with good people.
This is a permanent part-time role of approximately 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow and evolve for the right human.
