We are looking for a dedicated Garden Maintenance Team Member to join our company.
In this role, you will support the care and upkeep of various gardens and green spaces, ensuring they remain healthy, beautiful, and vibrant.Key responsibilitiesPerform routine garden maintenance tasks including weeding, planting, hedge cutting, pruning, mowing, and mulchingAssist in the preparation and implementation of new garden layouts, laying turf and clearing overgrown spaces, among other softscaping projects.Monitor plant health, identify signs of pests or diseases, and apply appropriate treatments as neededOperate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and responsiblyOccasionally interact with clients and respond to their questions or requests professionallyAbout youInterest in gardening and landscaping with passion for plants, flowers, and outdoor spacesPhysical stamina to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending,



and kneeling for extended periodsCareful and exact in handling plants and toolsBasic knowledge of common plant types, soil care, and pest controlAbility to work well with a team and communicate effectivelyAble to maintain scheduled jobs and travel time to ensure prompt and efficient servicePrevious experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds keeping is a must haveHorticulture certificate III preferred, not required if experience is extensive enoughAvailability Monday-Friday and occasionally SaturdayPolice check NSW, Australian Driver's Licence, and ability to drive a manualPPE providedOpportunity to learn and grow with a growing companyExposure to a variety of gardens and landscaping projects
