Their reputation is founded on guest passion, sustainable performance, innovation, spirit of conquest, trust and respect.We are seeking highly motivated Food & Beverage Attendant to join our experienced and professional Front and Back of House team.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Greeting guests and welcoming them to the loungeServe food and beverages, maintain lounge cleanliness, and handle guest inquiries with a smile.Uphold the highest standards of customer service in a dynamic airport environment.Promote and maintain a positive company image (including grooming, behaviours and service)Comply with Standard Operating Procedures and PoliciesEnsuring the check in process runs smoothly and handing guest questions professionally and in a timely mannerMaking sure the reception and lounge areas are always well prepared,



cleaned and monitored at all timesAnswering telephone/ email enquiries and liaising with airlinesReplenishing food and beverages in the food counters and refrigerators in a timely and hygienic mannerEnsure sufficient stock levels of amenities are availableCollecting dirty plates, glassware and rubbish from the tables and lounge areaEstablishing and maintaining good customer relations with our Lounge guestsAbility to work early hours such as 2.00am as the lounge is closed from *****am – 3.00amMust have a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.Must have a Food Handling certification or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.Barista, bartending, or all-rounder experienceMust have a car to get to the airportMust provide a police check and undergo a medicalPrevious experience in a hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service role is preferred.Robust communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift work.Ability to lift and carry items up to 22kg and stand for extended periods.High attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
