This is a hands‐on, entry‐level role covering warehouse, service, and order support duties — a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, varied work and wants to build a career in warehouse operations and machine servicing.
Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to progress to a more advanced level as skills develop.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with basic machine servicing (deep cleans, appearance cleans, mandatory appearance cleans)Order Processing & AdminBasic data entry for ordersProcessing sales and service ordersOrganising machine and accessory ordersInvoicing and payment processing for completed service machinesRecords & ReportingLogging service machines, including storage fee notifications to customersStock,



Parts & OrganisingReplenishing and restocking accessories and machinesAssisting with stock countsHandling incoming and outbound goodsAssisting with parts ordering and stock requirement reportingPacking & ShippingPicking, packing, and shipping accessory and machine ordersReturns & Customer ServiceHandling customer accessory returnsChecking and updating customers on order statusAnswering customer calls and email enquiriesGeneralAd‐hoc warehouse supportAssisting the warehouse supervisor as neededWhat We Are Looking ForNo prior experience necessary — full training providedA reliable, hands‐on attitude with willingness to learn new tasksComfortable with physical, hands‐on warehouse dutiesGood communication skills, both written and verbalWell organised, with good attention to detailComfortable using computer systems and basic data entry (experience with systems such as SAP is a plus but not essential)Reliable and punctual, with a strong team‐player attitudeWhy Join Us?
