Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 17 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria.

What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming and seating guests with a friendly,



positive attitudeTaking orders and delivering food and beverages efficientlyClearing and resetting tables to keep the venue looking its bestMaintaining clean and organised service areasHandling transactions accurately using POS systemsWorking closely with the kitchen and FOH team to keep service running smoothlyCreating a great experience for every guest
What We're Looking For
Great energy and a positive, can-do attitudeA love for interacting with people and creating memorable guest experiencesStrong communication skills and a cooperative, team-first approachThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPrevious hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or willingness to obtain
Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) certification, or willingness to obtain
Do Food Safely certification, or willingness to obtain

This is a fast-paced, hands-on hospitality leadership role.
It may involve standing for long periods, moving stock, lifting boxes or kegs, and navigating stairs throughout the venue.
