This role combines clinical nursing responsibilities with administrative support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical oversight, supporting care planning and documentation, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and assisting with personal care when required.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct nursing assessments and monitor client wellbeingDevelop, review, and update care plansMaintain accurate clinical documentation and recordsCoordinate with GPs, allied health professionals, clients, and familiesSupport compliance, audits, incident reporting, and quality improvement activitiesMonitor medications, clinical needs, and client outcomesAssist with personal care and activities of daily living when requiredProvide guidance and support to care staffEnsure care is delivered in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
