Job Description
Mercy Health Australia is seeking an experienced Recovery Clinician to join the Wyndham Clinic team in Hoppers Crossing, Victoria.
The role involves providing case management, recovery-focused care and client-centered assessments in a multidisciplinary setting.
The ideal candidate holds RPN3, OT 2, SW 2 or P 2 qualifications and has current AHPRA registration where applicable.
You will work with adults aged *****, including weekend shifts as needed.
