AWS offers over 100 fully featured services to millions of active customers around the world-including the fastest-growing startups, largest enterprises, and leading government agencies-to power their infrastructure.Key Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the contracting process, creating documentation, gathering and validating approvals, tracking status, and communication between key stakeholdersAbility to identify scope and delivery risks, and ensure policy complianceEngage with ICON, global BPO team, senior stakeholders, and business partners in the APJ regionDrafting key commercial contract terms within a PSO, WO, and WOACommunicate daily with cross functional teams including Sales, Legal, Operations, and ManagementIdentify and assist to implement operational improvements and enhancements that meet business requirementsBe a part of ICON projects for continuous improvementBecome the contract creation subject matter expertA Day in the LifeLead contract drafting of PSOs, WOs, and WOAsAct as trusted advisor to customers on operations, contracts, and policies for the end-to-end contract workflowLiaise daily with business partners to ensure SOWs meet project deliverables, contract and legal requirementsConnect and collaborate with the APJ ICON team (and broader global ICON team)



to identify and simplify policy and process improvementsAbout the TeamThe ICON team provides contract support services to the AWS Skilled Service team (Sales) for both public and private sector.

Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field2+ years of relevant work experienceExperience reviewing and drafting contract terms in technology licensing and service contracts, or a broad range of standard commercial contractsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with or having knowledge of cloud computing and existing cloud technologiesExperience working within a high-growth technology companyAcknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
