About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Reception to be the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries.
This role is critical in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring accurate information is captured and directed to the appropriate internal team.
This is for a 4-6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries
Manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone and email
Respond to inbound communications in a timely and skilled manner
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or support




Accurately enter and maintain customer data to ensure seamless handover to relevant departments
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and customer experience
Provide administrative duties as requested
About You
Ideally simpro experience
Proven experience in a reception, customer service or contact center environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage high volumes of enquiries while maintaining attention to detail
Confident using customer management systems and digital communication tools
A team player with the ability to support, guide, and mentor others
Results-driven with a commitment to meeting performance targets
Willingness to learn and actively engage in ongoing development
