We are currently searching for an experienced and passionateCounsellorto work within this EAP specialist organisation who have a presence worldwide.Thesuccessful candidate willfit the criteria by working alongside the mental health support and operational team, providing ongoing counselling, clinical assessments, case management and support for a variety of complex EAP clients.
As a Counsellorin this position you will be a part of an experienced mental health and operational team working for a private organisation.
You will be building a high standard of client care, communication and assistance.
What this position includes:
Support clients in need throughout growth of the organisationHelp people in risk including background with trauma, anxiety and suicideFocus on building relationships and assisting people with effective communication and procedureEffective one on one programsProvide support via phone and video




Successful Applicant will have:
Minimum Masters degree qualification in relevant fieldCurrent level 2 registration within ACA or PACFAExperience working within a similar positionUnderstanding and experience of the what the position requires listed above along with of the Australian State ActsProven written and verbal communication skills of a high standard with relevant keyboard and computer/computer software skills
