We're currently recruiting for an experienced SeniorContract Administrator / Contract Administrator to join a well-establishedand growing construction business delivering commercial recent build andDesign & Construct (D&C;) projects across Western Sydney.With projects typically ranging from $5M to $20M, thisis an opportunity to join a strong project team and play a key role in thecommercial management and successful delivery of quality construction projects.Education sector experience is highly desirable, withfamiliarity working under GC21 contracts and using Procore asignificant advantage.About the roleWorking closely with the Project Manager and widerconstruction team, you'll take responsibility for the commercial andcontractual administration of your projects from procurement through to finalaccount.Your responsibilities will include:Managingthe commercial and contractual administration of projectsPreparing,reviewing and managing subcontractor packagesProcurementand subcontractor negotiationsManagingvariations, EOTs, progress claims and payment schedulesPreparingand assessing subcontractor claimsManagingRFIs, notices and contractual correspondenceCostreporting,
