About the RoleOur client, a agile recruitment consultancy, is searching for a proactive Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their distributed team.
This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location in South Africa.
You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes for a variety of clients, sourcing exceptional candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
This position is ideal for a motivated recruiter who thrives in an independent environment and is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across various industries for multiple clients.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a broad range of candidates.Screen resumes, conduct interviews,
