You'll own core employee lifecycle processes, guide employees and managers, and drive improvements at scale from the Chippendale HQ in a hybrid setup.You will manage onboarding, changes, offboarding, HR data in Workday, and visa‐related processes, partnering with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Field HR, and Global People Shared Services.
